The Motovario PBH series of gearboxes for heavy industries, is a range of parallel and bevel helical gearboxes up to 4 reduction stages, built as standard and designed specifically to ensure maximum reliability in the most arduous conditions. PBH series reducers present the classic features of parallel and bevel helical gear reducers such as robustness, efficiency, compactness and reliability, combined with universality, ease of application and low maintenance which are a result of a modern design concept, typical of quality reducers.

Specifically designed for applications involving conveyors or augers, these units are also suitable for a wide variety of industrial fields. The S series shaft-mounted gearmotor, available in cast iron from size 050 to 125, offers a wide range of reduction ratios, ensuring maximum efficiency in all operating conditions. The new S Series includes two new sizes, 140 and 150, to extend the shaft mounting to heavier applications.

The technological content of B-Series gear reducers allows for an extraordinary performance/lifespan ratio. These highly versatile gear units are successfully used in a vast number of industrial and civil applications. B-Series units offer excellent value for money and output torque/weight ratio, especially considering that they need very limited servicing.

Designed to offer maximum reliability even in the harshest operating conditions, the H product series guarantees complete versatility and is suitable for applications that require high radial loads.

The H-series includes a large number of extremely versatile models, in cast iron (sizes 030 to 140) or aluminium (sizes A30 to A60) casing.

They are the most effective and economical solution for transmissions requirements in alternating current. The three-phase motors are available as per IEC international standards from size 063 to 280 in versions with B5 and B14 flanges and B3 feet. They are available with single polarity (2, 4, 6; IE2 efficiency from size 080, IE3 from size 132) and with alternating or direct current brake and a power range from 0.09 kW to 90 kW.

Single Phase
The commercial range also offers 4-pole single-phase asynchronous motors as per IEC international standards, from size 063 to 100, in versions with B5 and B14 flanges and B3 feet, in a power range from 0.12 kW to 2.2 kW.

Double Polarity
The three-phase double polarity motors are available as per IEC international standards, from size 063 to 132 in versions with  B5 and B14  flanges and B3 feet. They are available with double polarity in 2-4, 2-8, 4-8 poles, with alternating or direct current brake.

High Starting Torque
The commercial range also offers 4-pole single-phase asynchronous motors with high starting torque and electronic circuit breaker.

NMRV and NMRV POWER worm gear reducers currently represent the most advanced solution to market requirements in terms of efficiency and flexibility. The new NMRV Power series, also available as compact integral helical/worm option, has been designed with a view to modularity: low number of basic models can be applied to a wide range of power ratings guaranteeing top performance and reduction ratios from 5 to 1000.

The SW reducer, which complements the Motovario NMRV gear reducer, has a shaft height between 30 and 110 mm (Baugrößen 030 bis 105) and a compact round smooth body casing design that reduces the space as much as possible. For better reliability and compatibility/effectiveness of supply, the gearing, the bearings, the motor flange and the accessories are those of the NMRV series.

The need to provide geared motors suitable for use in wet and corrosive environments has led Motovario to design a new product range specific to these fields - NMRX, SWX and SWFX. These products use materials, surface treatments, components and mechanical process for the motor and gearbox to increase both resistance and reliability.
